Leighton Tan

This is a book cover where I had to come up with a book cover design about a podcast story. The story that was chosen was "Nobody can hear you scream" which centers about a woman who mistaken receives a big phone bill and had to fight endlessly in order to resolve it. I wanted to highlight the big phone bill which is the focal point of the story and overshadows the main character almost like a monster. The phone bill spills over in the back to show this further. The tipped over phone holder in the front and the ringing phone in the back show the chaos of the situation.
